1. Service

Pramaan provides AI-powered lead generation by running Facebook and Google ad campaigns on behalf of Indian businesses and delivering verified leads to your dashboard.

2. Subscription & payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Ad budget is paid directly to Meta and Google and is separate from your Pramaan subscription.

3. Cancellation

No lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice by emailing us.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, but you will not be charged for the next period after cancellation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pramaan for any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading business or campaign.
